Fortnightly GSD Sessions. One concrete action per session — owner, deadline, measure. Accountability over advice. The cadence is the product.
After the audit, the work is to walk the rungs — Codify, Optimise — with someone walking them with you. Not advice. Not motivation. A regular pressure-test against your own progress, every two weeks.
Each session ends with one concrete action. Each session opens with: did the last action ship, and what changed? If the action didn't happen, the next session is about why — the why is the work.
This is what a retainer is for: not access to advice, but a fortnightly cadence that turns intent into shipped artefacts.
How a GSD Session runs
Intake — Did the last action ship? What's slowing you down right now? Anything specific to cover?
Alignment — Lock the real problem in plain language. The agreed problem stays visible for the rest of the hour.
Workshop — Work the problem. Capture observations, candidate moves, constraints — visibly, on a shared screen.
Action & Close — Build the GSD record live: Problem · Insight · Action · Owner · By · Measure · Risk. One action. One measure. One owner.
A written record and a short client report follow each session. A mid-cycle nudge between sessions checks how the action's tracking — no meeting needed.

Two 60-minute sessions plus the work between them. Three hours per month total. Rolling — either side can pause or end with 24-hour notice.
