Fragment256 helps founders and small teams codify knowledge, optimise workflows, and execute 10× better — using AI.

We work with teams who know their work could be sharper, faster, or less dependent on individual memory — but haven’t found a clear path to that yet. Our starting point is always a specific pain, not a general improvement. We name it, level up the capability that’s blocking progress, and measure the benefit before we leave.

The work sits on a ladder: an Audit to diagnose the right starting point, a GSD Retainer to build and embed skills and workflows, and a Build sprint to deliver scoped analytical or engineering capability on contract. Tools include Claude, Claude Code, and custom automation — whatever the work requires.
