Fragment256 is a systems consultancy focused on clarity, structure, and usable workflows.

We work with founders and small teams who feel that their internal systems — tools, processes, and workflows — have grown messy, fragile, or hard to change over time.

Our approach prioritises understanding how systems are actually used before proposing solutions, automation, or rebuilds.

Notion is currently our primary medium for operational systems, but our work extends to AI automation using Claude Code, OpenClaw, Paperclip, and custom solutions.

Fragment256 is based in Edinburgh and works with teams across the UK.
