We work with founders and small teams who feel that their internal systems - tools, processes, and workflows - have grown messy, fragile, or hard to change over time.
Our approach prioritises understanding how systems are actually used before proposing solutions, automation, or rebuilds.
Notion is currently our primary medium, but our work is not limited to any single tool.
